CCA Teammates, we hope this finds you well and off to a great 2019. A major goal for the BOD this year is to lay the foundation for our future, and in doing so, we need your help please. As we update the Combat Control Association mission and scope of operations, we are seeking your input on what you want the CCA to do for you and our teammates. Another goal is to sustain total transparency with our operations and our fiscal resources, so we will keep you advised on our findings as we work through this strategic process.
What we need from you: Please visit the CCA website and take our survey (https://usafcca.org/mdb/survey01/), it can take as little as two minutes or as long as you want to provide candid feedback. Our goal is to better determine your needs and seek ways to meet them. If you like the way CCA is right now, please take the survey and tell us that also, we don’t want to change for changes sake. If for some reason the survey link doesn’t work for you, or you would prefer to just write feedback in an email, feel free to write us direct at email@example.com and we will include your feedback into our analysis. Team, we just need your inputs so we can be better informed as we move forward.
For background, below are our 1996 Articles of Incorporation and updated 2016 bylaws. Both are important as they are binding. Candidly, we need to align these better and make them more “crisp” so we can better articulate our mission to benevolent/philanthropic organizations as well as Veteran-friendly businesses to increase our fund raising activities to give us greater fiscal flexibility to assist CCA teammates and our agreed upon causes.
